Discovering nature is my passion.
My name is Sasha Jumanca, and I am a 11-year-old photographer from Munich. When I was 7 and a half years old, I discovered my love for bird photography. I have adored birds since I was a baby, but photography came into my life by chance. In January 2020, my family and I took a walk through the beautiful Nymphenburg Park in Munich, where I had the incredible experience of seeing a kingfisher for the first time. That moment sparked a deep desire within me to capture the beauty of birds through photography. On June 1st of the same year, I received my first camera, and a whole new world opened up to me. Since then, I have been passionately exploring and documenting various bird species and other animals. One of my favorite places to visit is the Danube Delta, where we return every year. With the help of my parents, I have created this website to share my discoveries with my friends, colleagues, and fellow nature enthusiasts. I hope you enjoy exploring the wonders of nature through my lens.

This is not a talented photographer, but indeed a prodigy photographer! Such inspiration, such vision of beauty in this young heart! Your photos just leave me breathless. Amazing portfolio, dear Sasha!
Wow – very beautiful pictures and professional site!
These are indeed very beautiful pictures, it takes more than talent. The right eye for the birds, the knowledge of where to take such photos and a lot of patience. Thank you for this inspiring page.
I am more than impressed by your work, the photography and the drawings! Just great!
Esti extraordinar de talentat! Chapeau!
I have always loved nature, even though I was born and raised in a very polluted urban area. Your photos are so fresh and crisp, your perspective is so wide open, that I wonder if both of us see the same things. Yet, we could not, as you are a true ARTIST. Congrats and lots of happiness, Sasha!
